I feel really down?!


Question: I don't know,i feel really down.

I don't have anything to feel bad about. I am holding some regrets but nothing major.

I'm a junior in HS, it might just college stress.

idk, i just feel lonly and down. MYfamily has a history of depression is it just that kicking in.

i feel the same all the time, you arent alone. something good to do is eat something you love to eat. lol. make sure you dont listen to any music or watch any tv shows that could make you sad or upset you. but watching tv or a movie is good because it gets your mind off things. get comfortable and dont worry about anything. just think about what your doing right now. if it sounds good or right, do it. thats what i do when i feel down, hope this helps! :)

maybe, you should talk to someone. Possibly your doctor or your school counselor. Make sure if you feel like harming yourself to tell someone right away and get help. Nothing is too bad to handle. You're going to be fine, dont be afraid to get help.

Seriously everyone gets down from time to time.

Go to a movie, get out, just go enjoy yourself.

Or, if you're really really down, go down to the neighborhoods surrounding a homeless shelter, and reflect about how much better you have it.

possibly. or maybe it's all in the mind. you should talk to friends and go out. that may help. don't think about your regrets too much. start a journal. place all the regrets you have there and you can forget about it. it really helps. :)

Ive felt like this a lot. Im actually feeling like it right now

It could be teenage hormones raging, school (college, grades) stress, or your bodys sick of you being so comfortable for so long

it really helps a lot to talk to someone about it. and if you ever feel like crying when your away from people who will make fun of you, just cry it out of your system. sometimes a good sob will make you feel much better the next day

go out and do something that requires a lot of your energy and attention. what always helps me is a concert, just being in this movement, the flow of things that you can literally feel, there is something happening there is so much bigger than me and that helps to put my life into perspective, and always seems to help me out of a bad spot. If it a family thing then maybe you could ask some of the people who have dealt with it and see what they did. Just one try and always think positive and try to clear this up as soon as possible because you don't want it to turn bad, you really dont want a condition thats worse. Good luck to you
