Take the time to stabilize things before you blindly jump into stressful situations like work or relationships. Dip your toes in the water instead of diving head first :)
College is hard work, and you made it through that, right?
Lotta people, lotta stress, lotta inconsistency and all.. but that is life.
Resist the temptation to fit into the mold society has created for you to fall into and find the strength to do what works for you.

Someone may have jacked your life info!!!

Its NOT you!

Why are you worried?

yes I went through it too. I went on an all natural healthy diet to level out the chemical imbalance in my brain and it really helped with my emotions and pretty much everything else. I also staretd meditation and tai-chi

It sounds like you are feeling a lot of stress.
Are you going for therapy? Maybe you can find a very easy job that you know you will be able to do. You could also talk to your doctor about how you are feeling. I hope you feel better soon.

hey sorry to hear you're having a rough time, i have mild social anxiety and ocd and its certainly no fun...

first of all, whatever job offers you follow up, try to be honest with them about your problems, if they're worth working for then they will understand and be helpful.

what kind of work are you looking for? it should go without saying that you should find a job you will enjoy. its not going to help you if you're trying to stick at a job you loathe. also see if you can start off with part time work, so you can sort of ease yourself in and get used to it rather than jumping straight in with a 9 to 5 job. go to your local job centre, they should be able to help you find something to suit :) if you want more advice about working from home they might be able to help too!!!

lastly (not sure if thats a word...) the obvious - Therapy! talk to your doctor and get yourself some, i had CBT and that did really help. don't try and do it by yourself, talk to your friends/family.

well done for your job offers, and things might look bleak at the moment but i'm sure they will get better. good luck!

For a start, find a counselor you can dig into the problems with, & a doctor who can follow you medically because you need meds for all of your conditions, & it will take an expert to straighten out..Just hang in there & work hard to get things untangled.. You can get back to a good life again,,

oh my gosh, i know how you must be feeling. first of all, just the fact that you graduated from college while going through all of this is awesome and you should give yourself some credit. the best thing for you to do is to start slow. take baby steps. don't try to take on too much too soon. you really should also look into getting some professional help. they can help you sort all of this out and possibly prescribe something that'll help a little. you don't have to suffer. i'll be praying for you. hang on.
