Self Pity/mood swings?!

Question: Lately I can't seem to shake it off, I have nothing that causing it. Just seem to be moody no matter how hard I try not to be. Also feeling sorry for myself and lacking motivation. Don't know why?
Any advice much appreciated.

Not much to go on there Mr.K but, I would s/w a mental health specialist if your feeling are or become severe. Depending on your age and whatnot it could be normal but, is certainly nothing to neglect. Don't let the idea of a shrink scare you. However if it does or for whatever reason you won't go. Try talking w/ someone you trust or even writing it down. Something is obviously bugging you. you may just need a little help identifying it.

You sound like my husband on a bad day!!

Exercise, you'll be amazed how it can lift the spirits, nothing flash, just anythign that gets your heart pumping, honestly this works, it's aknown 'cure' for depression.

Do other stuffs so you wont think about it no more =)

This will sound crazy but trust me it helps I have been there and done it and it works. First thing in the morning go for a jog go when the sun is just up or even a little bit earlier excercise releases endorphines which make you fell good.
If you can't go in the morning do it when you can.
A FIT BODY IS A FIT MIND.

Take up a new hobby,go for a long walk in the country, anything to distract your mind from the negative thoughts.
Best wishes:-)

The Gym.

You're a probably going through mild depression. Dopamine is a happy hormone stimulated by exercise.

try and spend as much time as poss with loved ones and (or) good friends.... get some bouncing music on and dance... then when the sun is shining get yourself out for a nice walk in a nice park, forest, or somewhere that brings back good memories. If it gets that bad , see your doc, but try avoid the prescription drug root, it just masks the problem..... stay safe, be happy...

I just watch a program on T.V. and the doctor said most problems are from a deficiency in Omega-3. Since it's just something bothering you lately maybe it's just the winter blues, but if it's depression I heard St. John's wort works. Also, get out of the house a take a walk the fresh air does wonders. Your house might have indoor pollution. If so, get the ducts vacuumed out every 3 years and get the carpets cleaned every 3 months.

Also, eat right, get more sleep and get a hobby. Hope you snap out of this funk, maybe you can join a church group:)

Hey there!

Have you tried doing a different activity other than your routines? Maybe reading a biography of a successful person, skydiving, planning on a roadtrip, volunteering, or anything that basically breaks up your routine.

Good luck and take care.
