I'm driving myself CRAZY?!


Question: i think way too much about my friends, seriously every second of the day.

I always think they will hate me, then they won't talk to me the next day and it will be awkward when we pass threw the hall..then i would quit school cause i can't take the stress. I hate it, i have social anxiety, and think way too much what people think about me.

I wish i was older (i'm in grade 10) so i could move when things got hard. But, i know when i'm older..likes in my 20's i'll think about how worked up i got when i was in highschool about every single little thing!

Please help me?

I heard someone say once If you only knew how much time they actually spent thinking about you, then you would realize all the wasted time you've spent on them..try to relax and tell yourself , I am who I am, I love me, and they will love me or not..It's not my problem..Then think of something positive..try this each time you find yourself obsessing over them..Good Luck

Talk to your friends and tell them you always worry about them . It will help you feel better becuase they will know how much you care about them .

i think you should tell your mom and dad about it.
you need to talke to soemeon like a counseler. or maybe you could talk to your counselor at school??
have yoru tried that?
my brother use to worry about everything like getting bombed from 9/11 and stuff. (he thought an airplane was going to flyinto our school bus!!!)
and my mom took him to a counseler and he is doing a lot beter now. he feels better about stuffand he dosent' worry so much.
i think it would really help you a lot of ifyou did it too.

Talking to a psychologist could help.
