When will the pain stop?!


Question: I am processing emotions.

Why is it hurting so so so much?

My therapist said this stage may last for a while - why?

She says there is an end to the pain its a process I have to go through.... why does it hurt so much?

I feel so alone.

We all have to FIND THE FORMULA to handle solitude in between. Start by convincing yourself that you are THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD You are you know.

My doc gave me the same kind of answer.I've been there it hurts for a little while.Then the pain becomes just a dull ache and soon you'll be able to freely talk about it and it wont hurt so much.But yeah sadly its a PROCESS!
once you deal head on with those emotions u are feeling it stops hurting so much.

Your question is way too vague to even guess at an answer.

To say your are processing emotions is as vague as saying:
I am digesting something I ate and it hurts. Did you eat beans and get gas? Or did you swallow nails which are ripping out your guts?

Many of us live in Denial because it is less painful, although not necessarily healthy.

If you provide more info perhaps some meaningful input can be provided.

If you aren't comfortable posting more specific information, process it with your therapist.

By resisting aloneness you suffer unnecessarily. Why? It's actually a source of happiness. If you embrace it.

But to resist is to suffer unnecessarily.

Instead, you could stand up in your aloneness and be quite OK.

Being alone isn't lonely. Resisting aloneness is lonely.

When you wake in the morning do you decide to be negative or positive? You know you have the right to choose. This works with finical pain or mental pain
