1st of all. If you dont eventually inform your mom of the situation, Even if you get help, You may end up back where you started if your living situation doesn't improve.

We love our parents but they are human so they are capable of mistakes. They are not always perfect or right.

So, I suggest you write her a letter and leave it on her pillow if possiable and inform her that you want help and her support. If she doesn't cooperate and doesn't conform, See your school counselor like stated earlier.

And have them to inform her and that way with a mediator she will take you a little more seriously and they will help you and her eventually and I pray you get better.

Please get better and possibly get into some sports and get active and talk more to your friends around you. Seek support from others so you don't feel pressured.

Health be with you and love. Peace- Sky :-)

tell her your sad

maybe thats the cause.. go to a doctor - alone

Say.. Mom... I am depressed

if theres one at your school maybe you should just privately go talk to him/her. ask them to not tell your mom and organize for you to meet with the consellor during lunch so that your mom wont wonder where you are after school. good luck.

Check the net for a free clinic.

MOM IM DEPRESSED

Depression is a serious matter that you have to try and get help asap. It's something that can affect you increasingly more as times passes. You need to gather your strength to tel her. It may be hard, but once you tell her and have a counselor you will feel much better.

say muam i want a pot pie now u ******* ***** thats how i did it

talk to your school conselor

do you have a school councelor maybe you should do it on your own when she finds out she'll know that its serious

Go to a website that explains the disease Depression. Learn the symptoms. Take the test and show your Mom it with your answers. Tell her you really want to talk to your Doctor. There is treatment and it is a serious disease. And like any other disease you can't think your way out of it or act differently to cure it.

Tell her that depression is caused from a chemical imbalance in your brain. It causes the left side of the brain to not communicate with the right side. Therefore, you don't function as well. You need professional help and put on an antidepressant. It's much more common than you think.

Try telling a counselor at school and let them handle it.But please don't shluff it off, take care of it asap.

Just tell her. You can say this "Mom, I hope that you take me seriously when I tell you this, I feel really sad sometimes, I don't know why always, but I think that if I was to see a counselor that I might feel better. Would you please allow me to go see one?"

If you are in school, they may have counselors available there for you to talk to. You can try seeing the school nurse to get a referral. Maybe if that doesn't work, you can ask your mom if your insurance will cover it, or perhaps you can find a place that go's on a sliding scale.

Go Privately seek help at the School Counsellor. Because Depression really is a big deal. No matter what your mom says go seek help at the school counsellor, or from a Free Walk-in-Clinic.

you need to explain your feelings...if she doesn't understand talk to a counselor at school...someone who can spot depression....
