Increasing the capability of the brain! See details...?!


Question: How can one increase the capabilty of his brain in a very natural manner? I mean what should he eat or what shouldn't he eat? What exercise should he do or what he shouldn't? What are the don't and do'es in case one has to increase his brain's capability. By brain capabilty, I mean memory, intelligence, etc... etc. Can anyone help, please?

The brain has so many functions and each of these can be treated a number of differant ways. Memory is greatly enhanced with ginkho biloba and alpha tocopherol. Fish oil is wonderful too for the brain. It helps with concentration and recall but also helps a million other things in the body. Fish and seafood of any description feeds the brain. Eat loads of it!! Learn to love music especially classical and complex jazz. Music makes the two hemispheres of the brain work together as opposed to our regular pattern of favouring and over-using the stronger side. Make sure you get the body moving around. Take a walk - which gets the endorphines racing through the blood stream and helps us to feel content and well as our brain produces endorphines. Laughing at least twice a day, does the same thing. Get a bit of sun - you can only get vitamin D that way and it also makes you happy!!

I've heard Omega 3 is good for that...helps blood flow to the brain. Or eat fish (without too much mercury)

i believe the brain is like amuscle, the more you use it the stronger it gets. get lots of sleep, eat a well balanced diet,read as much as you can, dont do drugs or alchohol. thats about it!!

Your brain is a muscle, and like any other muscles, needs to be exercised regularly.

Thousands of braincells die everyday, and if you keep your mind active, thousands more will develop.

Eat at least 3 times a week fish. According to research, fish with big teeth provide more Omega 3 than fish with small teeth.

Avoid fast food, alcohol, drugs, tobacco.

Exercise your brain by playing memory games.
