You need to specify for yourself what gives you anxiety attacks. Then, the following could help you deal with overcoming the problem:

- Organize your room. Clear out the clutter. Purge the things that have no immediate importance to your work or life. Cluttered space leads to cluttered mind, so when you organize your room or space, you have a clean slate to start with.

- Write down your priorities, daily or weekly. Really decide which task is important at this time. Do not try to do all at the same time. It won't work. Be honest to yourself as to which activity you should do everyday to get things done.

- Make a checklist for that. By having something in writing you won't feel too overwhelmed with work and you have a sense of accomplishment or completion at the end. No stress will get to you when things are done.

- Do not waste your time arguing, worrying, or reading too much into something. It's a huge waste of your time, energy, and money. If it is HW, just do it. Do not delay. By procrastinating you will just accumulate stress.

- Reward your self at the completion of a task. Something simple like, listen to a couple of sings, or get a snack, or anything. You will feel better being able to balance all those tasks to do in your life.

Good luck and take care.

1) herbal tea

2) brisk walk - 15 - 20mins

Hope this helps.

this sounds lame but it helps (personal exp.)

try just laying down breathing deeply

make a list of ur feelings good and bad

play a game (bpard game stuff)

and simple things like that they sound foney but they usaly work GOOD LUCK

Take a moment whenever you are stressed. It doesn't have to be long, just sit in a calm, quiet environment until you're settled down. After that, take everything slowly. For example: If you have a lot of homework, don't surround yourself with it. Keep the one you feel you could do and put the other work away. When you're finished with that one, move on to the next. And don't procrastinate, worst thing to do. It causes more stress.

i heard that some people write down their problems on paper and then think how they can solve it, i know that is along the lines of making decisions but thats the only thing i can think of.... and also, i have anxiety problems... when i talk to people and then my face sometimes gets red cuz i'm thinking like "oh my god i'm talking to someone and i don't know what they are going to think of me" i'm not sure if you get that at all, but i do... it has toned down a lot, my face doesn't get red very much anymore... it does tho sometimes... but anyway lol, maybe what else you can do is get those little tablets that you place in the shower and they make this type of aroma and its for stress... ask someone about it at the store and try it, i've never tried it, but good luck, hope this helps
