Dear Tonk,
Hang on until you see your counselor.
You can do this by journaling your feelings so you know exactly what to tell your counselor.
When you tell her, "I'm feeling worse.", she will ask, "how?" Make sure you have a good answer for her. Be specific.

Also remember being sick really can mess with your moods. I get severely depressed when I am sick and I need to constantly remind myself that I am sick and not crazy.
Part of conseling is helping you to identify a problem and come up with a solution. When you can be very CLEAR about what is slipping, what is getting worse, she can help you understand what is going on and you can find answers together.

Just hang on, you will see her next week right? Maybe you can call her too. Sometimes a counselor will give you a call, especially if you have been sick or it is a break (unless she is on vacation herself.)

Hope this helps you,
Jane

try prozac it worked for me

get in touch with your counselor as soon as you can

what is the problem? you haven't said. Do you take drugs

try calling your counselor for a session over the phone. Ask her for some advice on what you can do until your next session, as she knows your situation better than any of us.

i'm online you can talk to me and make sure you get in touch with your conselor

get back to a dr and tell them nothing is helping....you need to let them know this so they can help you...it took months for the drs to get my meds correct with the help of my therapist....
