Is this bad, strange or neither?!

BAD....not good for your health...
try eating comfort food like chocolate or cake or icecream .. or pizza... when you're upset...i know they are not healthy.. but atleast you wont go hungry...

It is bad for your body becuase you need food to get energy .

That isn't good for you. I have known other people that are that way, but it isn't good for your body. Knowing this about yourself, you should make a conscious effort to eat on a regular basis, regardless of your mood.

It's actually pretty normal to lose your appetite when you aren't feeling well, or are depressed. As long as it's not for long stretches of time, it's not a problem.

It's bad for you but I do the same thing.

I think it's perfectly normal to have the feeling of not being hungry when you're upset. Some people binge eat, other's dont eat at all. However, you should eat something because then your body will shut down on you and you will feel physically worse than the reason which got you upset to begin with. Or go to the gym, it releases endorphins which make you happy :) [but eat before going to the gym].

Very bad for your health. At least drink 8 oz of juice.

Well its not good but its not strange. Your mood can affect you actions and your appetite Tottaly normal, people have diffrent ways with dealing with their problems. Some people eat all day when they feel bad.

Loss of appetite when you are upset can be quite normal ..

It's normal and I did the same thing. It was bad for me because I continued to participate in strenuous activities... I almost passed out once.

I try to eat food now when I'm upset - but I make sure it's bland food so I'm not thinking of the flavor and won't splurge and gain unnecessary weight. This way I have energy to do the things I need to do to let go of the anger/sadness/whatever negative feeling.

Eating bland food is good for me because in a way, it's a punishment for my attitude - I'm more willing to think about why I'm feeling a certain way rather than thinking of the pleasure of tasty food. When I figure out what's wrong, I focus on changing it. From that point on, I decide to channel my negative energy towards a positive outcome.

If u ask me its a bad thing.

bad,you have to eat something. it gets your body in the routine and if you dont get out of it your body continues. it could be a bad health issue
