Need 2 clear my mind, (please need help quick),?!


Question: Im always a happy person & there has 2 b a lot goin wrong 4 me to 2 feel like ****. tht's me right now: It's the end of the holidays nd I hve 2 write a 5 min french oral and know it by heart in the next 2 days. Have an art exam in a week and I hve 2 do **** loada work 4 tht; I don't get enough sleep. Got a bio test cummin up in a couple and its important that I get a gd mark for that! Bt the last thing is that my brand new phone got stolen yesterday out of my bag when I went out. I feel so cheated on. so you can probably see tht I'm frustrated. - Cuz of all this stress I can't sleep, 'got a sore back but worse of all I can't concentratre and can't work! the only people tht can calm me down (my mom & bf) I won't see for another month. So tht wont work either. I dont know anymo how to focus on my work - I simply can't do it anymore cuz I'm constantly thinkin bout how i'm in 'so much ****.' wht the hell can I do to clear my mind, be able to concentrate and becum happy usual me again? help

You, my dear, are stressed up to your eyeballs. Here's some of my suggestions:
- Write down everything you have to do (break it into parts) and then cross each bit off with a thick black texta as you get it done
- Write and rewrite your French speech, bio notes, whatever else you have to study for, until bits of it stick in your head
- Speak to your teachers, let them know that you're struggling and that you need them to be patient - maybe they'll understand and be a little easier on you.
- Breathe through your nose and not your mouth (breathing through your mouth ups the level of adrenaline in your body, making you more stressed, while breathing through your nose calms you down).
- Listen to some music that has a good effect on you (I personally like Backstreet Boys, Carrie Underwood and the soundtrack of "Hairspray" when I'm stressed out)
- Cry. Sometimes I feel lighter after I've had a good cry.
- Laugh. Watch a funny movie or a comedian you like. My personal favourites: Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, Billy Connolly, The Blue Collar Comedy Tour, Whoopi Goldberg, Dawn French
- Take a Panadol or Advil and have a hot shower to help your back.
- Talk to someone. Is there a counsellor, a friend, a support group you can go to?

These are all the ideas that I can come up with right now, but I really hope they help you because I've been in your place many, many times before and I wish I could think this clearly every time I felt that bad! Good luck, sweetie.

You're just overwhelmed (not to say you shouldn't be..). First just do something you totally enjoy. Then write down what needs to be done and then just follow the list, it'll seem more realistic to accomplish that way.

first learn to tell the difference between numbers and words
5 = five
four = for = 4
2 = to = too

uhm, idk, like
try listening to some music or something =)

First of all...Drink a glass of water! GO..........


Okay.. Now, write a list in order that the things are due.
Then CALL your mum or BF and talk for a while...if you could.
And then work aswell.

Next.... TURN ON SOME MUSIC!
Get your list and do number 1.
Then when thats finished, take a 20 minute break.
Get to number 2.
Break.
number 3.
Break
and sooo on.

For the speech, when its bedtime....read your speech atleast 5 times in front of the mirror.

But have a nice warm shower followed by coco.
Then you will sleep well.

In the morning, if you still have that backpain,
Take a tablet.

the best thing i do to relax and clear my head is go run some nice hot bath water and get some candles and just enjoy the you time for about 20 mins or longer and that should take ur mind off alot of stuff for a lil while
