Question: how can i find help in my city

Answers: how can i find help in my city

You should contact your local or county mental health center, they have free or low cost help for people with low resources. You might also want to apply for medicaid.

Good luck,

Call your local hospital and ask around. then when you find where you need to go make an appointment.

First you need to see your family doctor. Then tell your doctor that you think that you are bipolar. Your doctor will refer you so you can be evaluated. Good luck.

call your local hospital .. theres usually a free clinic in every town even if you havent ever heard of it ...they exist... you can call your local health department and get some help too ... theres free help out there ! i promise. talk to someone you know about this even if its hard! its important to get meds and get well so your life can get back to normal.
