From personal experience, I urge you to go and speak to your GP, if he's not able to assess you himself, if he's any good he'll refer you to a Psychologist.
Don't try to deal with this on your own, you can't do it, I'm living proof.
Don't be afraid to ask for help, that was my downfall, and at the age of 44 I'm going through hell, 3 and a half years ago all of the things I thought I'd dealt with through life, came back and hit me like a steam train.
I advise anybody now, that's got any concerns, such as yourself to get help, I wouldn't wish what I'm going through on my worst enemy.
Feel free to e-mail me, but do something, Tomorrow at the very latest.

I feel the same way alot of times...
U just gotta keep on... =)

go to a psychiatrists to help you with your problems, and after that, take a massage. :D

massages are great!

honestly, venting on yahoo answers isnt going to help you feel better! if you honestly need someone to talk that (thats decent with advice/good listener) feel free to IM...lthoops6262

are you getting your proper rest and exercise? Try taking a yoga class. You'll feel better during the day and sleep better at night.

Go for it!!!

take a few days off work and do something just for you. call your best friend tell her how you feel I'm sure she'll listen as long as you need to talk. remember God never gives you more than you can handle.take five min and pray it will make things better

just calm down and dont do anything rash, u need to go talk to someone that really cares about u like a family member or friend. get your feelings all out their and dont hold back. life is really hard sometimes but all we can do is move on and hope for a better day. life is truly worth living and is a beautiful thing, take a vacation and go see a doctor

i know how you feel, don't give up though, find something each day to look forward to, like reading, painting, talking to a best friends anything. Things get so crappy sometimes, just hang in there, I keep telling myself that if things are this low then it just has to make that much more of a swing higher. Someday i know that it will turn around and it will just keep getting better you just have to find something to get you through each day. I know that this is kindof cheesy, but there is a song called "Stand" by Rascal Flatts, listen to, It helps me alot. Good Luck!

We all feel like that sometimes. You should see your doctor and get a check up with lab work. Let them know exactly how you feel. You could be anemic, have low blood sugar or be depressed. Some medications may help. Speak to your friends, don't keep your feelings in. People care!

Balancing studying, exams and working as well as having relationship difficulties sounds very stressful.

Is there a counselling service at Uni? Most colleges/universities have some kind of support service available... or try to talk to someone who is a good listener.

Best Wishes

When it gets really bad then its time to let go all you are hanging on to. Then its really good.

Go and see a Dr and a counsellor.... you may benefit from just talking or even medications to get you through.
You may also benefit from a fresh start.....ie...move away, get a new job, make new friends etc.......
Chin up....it's very common, you just need to be brave enough to ask for help!

we have all gone through periods like this hun, just gotta be tough and hang in there. Things will get better and we will find happiness when the time is right, remember u always got ur friends here on answers to hopefully blow away that black cloud and reveal the sunshine that you so deserve to enjoy.
