It's possible to be TOO neat. Some people are neat freaks and that's not healthy! But an amount of neatness that feels clean and tidy and makes for a smoothly-running living environment is a great thing.

There's no one right way, but speaking as a naturally messy and clumsy person I can offer this advice: slow down your motions. This gives you time to realize whether the food is falling off your plate or whatever. And allow enough time for each task, so you can avoid getting stressed over the individual components of it.

As you go on being aware of moving neatly, it will get easier and soon it will be second nature, so you won't even have to think about it.

you definitely sound like you have OCD.

research OCD [obsessive-compulsive disorder]

I think the greatest people in the world are not neatfreaks.. Oscar Madison would be totally more fun than Felix Unger in the Odd Couple... Neatness is a personality trait.. Being organized is a sign of power and growth...

by never being dirty to begin with!

like i start every morning by making my bed and when i go into my bathroom to brush my teeth i have trained my self to clean off the counter of any water that might have spashed there!

and i clean my room every weekend! and straighten it up every night

i have just trained m self it takes 21days to get into and out of a habbit

so if you wake up and make your bed for 21 days straight then you will end up doing it automaticaly or else you will feel rly bad all day long!!!!!

or like lets say you come home every day and leave your stuff in your car! (which is bad if you get broken into) and so you want to stop it so you leave notes every where in the car to remind you to grab your stuff out of your car! then after doing that for 2 days then automaticaly you will get your stuff out of the car!!!
