Am I depressed or it just me?!

Question: Recently I have been experiencing loss of apetite and change in sleeping pattern.

I have been moving around in this last 3 years and quite a lot of drama happened within the time.

In my school days I was never the popular one nor the outcast. I have bunch of great friends and never had any serious relationship.
My first sexual encounter was terrible because it was a date-rape. I was so confused and I can't tell my parents, afraid that they'll get shocked and hurted.
That experience gave me a trauma, and sometimes it is still distubing me.

Then I moved to another country to start a new life and live with my sister. The problem is we don't get along well. She hates my new boyfriend and blame me for going out with him.
She told the whole family about what's going on in my relationship and turned it into a family drama.
My relationship is not going well either. I and my boyfriend have a different value in life...

I went to see a therapist while I was going through a divorce a year ago. I couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, dropped all this weight and felt terrible all the time. I wanted to try and get through it without medication, so I decided to give couseling a try. The therapy helped, and I hope you give it a try as well.

Trust your instincts. I think seeking counselling is an excellent idea. You cannot live your life for others and what will make them happy, this will only lead to a sad and unfulfilling life for yourself.
You have a lot going on and really need professional help to sort yourself out, rebuild your self esteem and confidence to lead the life that makes you happy and be able to choose a healthy partner for yourself.
All the Best...

see the therapist. or call a hotline. get a different perspective on things

I'm sorry that you are going through all of that. Date rape, and moving to a new country are HUGE stressors. You have a right to feel the way you do, and it's totally normal in your situation. I think that a counselling session is a great idea.

Rape? I must report you. There are children here!

"Yet the truth is it will only get worse if we still stick together."

so you want to move out. Your family will have to understand, I guess.

and you're gonna be looking for a new job.

If I was you I would think it would be cool to first get the apt, and then the job, that way you can really start a new life.

and you say your relationship isn't going well either, so I guess it would be good to bring it to an end before you move out. That's just how I would do it I guess.

PS: I'm sorry for your date rape. What an *******.
