Just think about how nice and quiet your room will be when he is gone. Move out forever. Never to be heard from again. Keep that optimism in your mind and he can get himself into a frenzy without you getting in trouble. Relax, take a deep breathe. It's almost over.

just say in your head no evil. no anger. anger go away. meditation is great for this. just keep saying, stay calm, no anger.

Prepare ahead. Buy some hops/valerian at a vitamin store, and take at least 2.

Leave the room, go somewhere--mall, store wherever! Don't let the subject of your anger be in your presence at the moment just leave for a lil' while at least till he is gone.... but w/e u dont DO NOT go out on him at all...

DON'T LET IT BUILD UP BECAUSE WHEN YOU SNAP,YOU SNAP,AND THATS A BAD THING.
