I would need more info for a better answer but with that being said sometimes when i am having a major panic attack it feels like i am not me but sort of outside watching the panic and wanting it to stop but can't do anything about it. Or are you talking about having dreams where you feel like your body isn't being controlled by you? I am assuming since you posted in the mental health section you either have or think you have some mental health problems but if you have a therapist who you can talk to that would be a better person to listen and give a better answer than i could give. I have been in therapy for many years now and my therapist helps me figure out these questions when i don't know exactly how to explain them to others. The site below might have answers to other questions you might have as well...
