Question: Yesterday my roommate wanted to be stingy and did not allow me to use his computer for one minute when he was not using it to submit a physics assignment which resulted in me losing 10 points when it was submitted late. I then went to his bedroom where he was using the computer and stung his ear with a thick rubber band 3 times and then told him he is a big fat ugly clumsy nerd who uses his computer all day because he has no friends or a girlfriend and his self esteem was crushed. He then physically attack me and I had him in a headlock and kept punching him until he had bite one of my fingers and got loose. I then taunted him by standing outside his door and chanting your a fat ugly crybaby nerd and he got so mad that he repeatedly punched his bedroom door and it broke and now he has to pay about $200 because I called housing tonight and told them that he did it and I then called told him that why is a fat ugly clumsy nerd and he screamed and left the dorm in anger.

i think that both you and your roomate are hilarious and that he did not get what he deserved, but maybe he got a little more than that.

No, its his computer he has a right to not let you use it, and now I see why he doesn't, with the way you treat him. Honestly I think you should have to pay the fines for taunting him like that, you need to grow up and fast. Besides there are public computers for things like that, just walk your lazy butt over to the library and use one there.
Well, it's not his fault, your paper was late, it's yours for not having it done sooner so you could have turned it in on time. It's his computer, he has the right to say yay or nay who uses it. Your paper should have been done in time for you to either physically get your paper to whoever it was supposed to go, or to hoof your lazy butt to the library and send it via computer from there.

No. You are too irresponsible to get your assignment turned in on time on your own. He doesn't have to let you use anything of his. You are also an asshole for treating him the way you did when it was your own dumb fault for not getting your assignment turned in on time by yourself. The only thing he is responsible for is the damage to the door, but that is because he made a poor decision to react the way he did. If I were him, I'd be telling people to beware of your crappy social skills and to pray they never have you as a roommate.
