How to concentrate, sleep and be motivated?!


Question: How can a person who doesn't want to take medications. sees a counselor regularly for stress related to school and personal issues, exercises(yoga) and eats right (has seen nutritionist), isn't taking any rec. drugs and never have. How can this person still find it so hard to concentrate, sleep and be motivated?

keep on going to consuling and ask this question to you counselor they may help. you may be focused to much on doing the "right" thing and being "positive and upright" to really focus on the real issues that are plaguing you.

Well from my experience(s) nobody can do all of that at once! Unless they're well rested, not easily distracted or optimistic! Do you qualify for any of those? See AD on page 103 in Cosmo!

It seems to me that your counselor isn't entirely solving your problems. Or maybe you have debt that you worry about.
I have similar problems, and it's usually worry that keeps me up at night.
I think the best thing to do is turn the worry into motivation to do something about it.
Meanwhile, you might try a sleep mask, melatonin (sleeping pill), and an ipod with some white noise on it to block out sound while you sleep after you finally GET to sleep. I've recently started doing this, and it seems to work. Good Luck

ok this is what u do drink a glass of milk warm evry nyt before goin to bed and then wash yr face with hot water keep your face warm and then go to sleep nd u'll see that yr sleep is much better than b4 nd this even prevents spots gd luck x
(if u dont lyk milk den try it with a tea spoon of honey if changes the taste alot) gd luck x
