I cry when people sing around me...?!
Question: If someone sings around me, I get teary-eyed.
I have sung in choir and the people all in a group do not make me cry. If someone is trying out for a solo, or just singing aloud a capella, I get choked up!!
I do not feel emotional when this happens... so why am I starting to cry??
(I usually don't cry more than once every 1-2 months)

I cry when most people sing and even get teary eyed but I don't think it is for the same reason. In my case it is just because they are "murdering the song". I even cry when most people sing on American Idol.
Thats weird, because it happens to me too. I remember being in band class and the teacher jokingly told two girls to sing mary had a little lamb. they did and it made me teary-eyed even though their singing was horrible. or if i'm home alone i'll start singing to my favorite song and get teary eyed. its weird.
i DO wonder why it happens.
May be you have some problems.
They sing pretty bad ha? Just be thankful you arn't a judge on American Idol!
