School, family, friends are all hard things to deal with!
Especially with evertything, going on nowadays. School shootings, polilitac rantings, and ravings, just everything builds up. It is so much tougher growing up, than it used to be.
Crying is natural, I guess I agree with you about not doing it in public. If you need to cry, go to your bedroom, a bathroom, back of the school and go ahead and cry!
Talk to a school counsellor, your parenrs SOMEONE.
I am also one who keeps everything bottled up inside. BIG PROBLEM, wuth that. IT WILL COME OUT.
It will come out at the worst possible time, in the worst possible place you can think of.
You will lash out at your parents, a friend, a teacher and because they did NOTHING! So please talk to someone.
Best of luck, you are in my prayers.

sounds like it could be clinical depression

visit your doctor for further advice

All those years of bottle up emotions is finally filled up and ready to be drained. You need to stop keeping your emotions inside you or else you'll be having alot of problems in future.I can see you are starting to have low self esteem. If ANYONE puts you down, you have the RIGHT to defend yourself even if it means goin against your family and friends.

School's hard for a lot of people, especially if you're getting grief at home too. Try speaking to an adult you trust, tell them how you're feeling, they'll know you a lot better than we do.

Hope you're feeling better soon.

When you hold in your emotions they don't just go away. It sounds like you have unresolved issues (I know......it sounds so cliche) that are building up and need to be dealt with. You may just be emotionally wore out. You are not the only one who suffers this way, but you are the only one who can do something (positive) about it. Try a local counselor or therapist, it doesn't mean your nuts....it just means you need a little nudge in the right direction. I hope this helps at least a little bit.

it's normal
b/c our feelings are bottled up and the only time you let it out is when you can't hold it anymore

dont worry
you are fine
make sure to cry out if you need to
crying is healthy
i do it all the time LOL i am highly emotional LOL

They were just talking about this on Oprah today.

Sometimes when you bottle up emotions for things that you should be feeling, they kind of "leak out" at unexpected times. Until you learn how to deal with your feelings in a healthy way, you will keep having these little sneak-attacks of crying.

My advice on how to start - if this happens sometime and you are home or someplace you feel safe, let the tears come! Cry, cry, cry, and cry some more! Trust me, you will feel better.

i felt the same way when i was dealing with depression. the best thing you can do for yourself is to talk to a counselor. it took me years before i got up enough courage to tell someone else how i was feeling but once i did i felt so much better.

when this happens, try to go somewhere abit more private, say the toilets and have a good cry, it will help you in the long run to feel abit better, has kept up emotions dont do you any good. also go and have a chat with your gp, you sound abit depressed as well, be honest and open with him he can help you to deal with this. take care.

get a support system going for you talk to a school advisor can you talk to your mother it is ok to cry talk to someone about your feelings depression is treatable

That's natural. It's not healthy to keep everything bottled up inside. You need to speak to someone like your parents or a school counsellor.
