If you suffer from depression,what are ways to make yourself feel better?!


Question: see a counselor, depression is a serious thing and has alot of factors, such as reasons for being depressed. Was it something that happened to you? Or are you just sad alot for no real apparent reason. If its a traumatic experience or something than that can take months to get over and its very hard to deal with depression by yourself. At least with a counselor you'll always have someone to talk to. And that helps alot. Please see one.......good luck hon!

i do something i like to do...go outside...scrapbook...play on computer etc...get my mind off troubles and think of all the good things

I smoke weed it always helps

Music!! Always makes me feel good.... Eat...

Keep in touch with my schizophrenic friends. They always keep me company.

See your DOCTOR!

I think that friends and the outdoors r the best healer, take up a sport sorround yourself with friends if your not feeling happy go for a walk listen to some good music call a friend or have a bubble bath and a good cry
