If I bring a new approach ....

True Happiness is only found through God, so try and spend some time with him, explain how you feel to him and ask him to do something about it.

You have that right, and from experience I will tell you that you will feel and see the difference.

Also, the truth remains that whatever is making you feel down now is a learning curve, isolate the reason for this feeling and learn from it.

Dont Worry! Be Happy ! Be Happy! Hooray.

Good Luck. X

Most people will have at least one point of depression during their life. Taking a walk can help, along with talking with your family. If it gets really bad, see a therapist. We all go through this once in a while, you just have to get through it.

Hey girl.....

A few days ago i put up a post with a similiar article and i got some really good responses.

I think you have to look at what is making you unhappy, is it a relationship, your job , your home life, once you figure that out then you can start to narrow down your problems.....

You do need to get back into a routine though because it helps, and to keep active, staying in all day doesnt help, although im not presuming that you do.lol

Good Luck...

hey! iv got the same problem. i had a really bad car crash a few months back. iv now gotta have an operation in a few months. iv been from job to job and am actually starting a new one tomorrow which pays really **** money. for the last few months i have been really down, not eating, sleeping properly and just always lo. but the thing you have to think about is theres so many people out there that are worse off than you.sit down and write all the things that are bad in you life at the mo. then slowly work through the list and eventually you wont have a list. time goes so fast in life and believe me your life will get better, take t from someone who's in the same position as you. good luck mate and keep your chin high x

I'm sorry, I accidentally gave a thumbs down to daniella. Please read, I meant to give a thumbs up.

You might have a chemical imbalance, in which you could take a pill like Prozac to get you back to normal.

you are normal - feeling down is a part of life and part of the suffering the comes with being alive for many of us.

now i'm not a buddhist but i do agree with buddhism when it says - endure - endure the suffering!!!

afterall that's all you can do isn't it?

Hey there! Im sorry to here that! Ur not alone, i get the same! Im never usually happy! Its gettin 2 the point that my boyfriend doesnt want 2 ber with me! Im affraid, i suggest u go 2 the doctor and c what they say! I did! But i have OCD and i suffer from anxioety thats wat causes mine! xxxxx

Yes, but it's best to talk to someone who your are real close to about it. If not, I suggest looking for a therapist. There is nothing abnormal about this, it's more common than you think. Maybe write a list of things that make you happy to see if that helps. Hold your head up high. I hope you will feel better.

Have a slow deep breathing and think all the best things in this world which you desire. RElax and rest.

I'm not gonna write paragraphs on this, just force yourself to spend alot of time with friends, doing meaningful activities.. That should pull you out of it.

Yeah, i am the same.
Go to your local GP and then they will recommend you to a psychiatrist and they will put you on medication if they feel you need it.

Well, if it helps any, you look great to me.

It's normal to have periods like this. Life has it's ups and downs and all those mark us, even for short a period of time. But don't let this take you down. Get out... Go visit people, do things that set you up in a positive way. I like going on walks, at the botanical garden, somewhere with a nice view and clean my thoughts. You should try it. Hang tough! :)

OK usually when i feel like this its because of areas of my life in which i have failed.there is no easy solution only faith confidence and rational thought. the very first thing you can do is identify your source of discomfort next you would want to isolate that problem the best that you can to prevent a depressive outbreak.and once you have done all of these things the only thing left to do is to keep this sensitive information well contained its kind of like a computer virus when the CPU is affected you have to seek the contaminant diagnose it and hope that it doesn t affect your whole systematic ways of operation

try to see the beautiful things around you!!! smile to the life!!!

I feel like that sometimes,, just want to die or sleep and do nothing else ever... =(

really sad and i have no real idea on how to get rid of it properly, but i always try to,,, like,, ignore it and try to think of fun things and have a laugh. I find that talking about it helps, and if you try to have a laugh with friends,, that usually pushes it away,, but i don't know any other ways.

I know when I get down, I don't want to feel that way. It really depends on the source of your "affliction". It is probably temporary or even hormone related. I wouldn't concern myself too much until it starts to affect your overall health.

Did someone die? Lose a friend/pet/job? These things ARE normal. They are simply a part of life and will not stop happening.

Getting back to 'normal' is a matter of making some sort of adjustment. Every problem concerns wisdom on some level. This might just be a season of growth within you or in someone around you. Learn everything you can about this time in your life and next time it rolls around, you'll be that much better prepared to handle it. Heck, you might even get so much stronger, you'll be the one lending a hand next time!

Regardless of how things are going, know Jesus Christ is the One who died for you and He loves you very much. He died for our sins -- each of us. The Lord has a plan for each and every one of our lives. It is up to us to take Him at His Word (the Bible) and become who we were meant to be.

Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
