Temper Problems?!


Question: Okay well if someone gets me really mad I lose control and just flip and my face turns pale white and I shake, my whole body shakes and I can't catch my breath and if I try to write something I can't cause I'm shaking and I also can't eat or sleep. so... is there and nerve calming pill or something I can do to make it stop?

I have the same exact problem as you do I cant write I can sleep it just feels like I injected myself with tons and tons of caffeine to be honest sports help so much because you can take all your anger on a ball or runnig or whatever the case may be and another alternative is when you get mad listen to some really upbeat scremo death meatl music it will take every once of anger you have and the music will say it all for you and if you can do that at school just leave the room and squeeze your fists but by all means if someone messes with you to much where its over the line and you know your right flipp out sweetheart dont conserve your "dont mess with me" attitude let it out at the right moments but if you get in trouble for freaking out on the right reason dont regret it but just try to calm your self a little bit little things like sports and music will make good changes :)

Yes and you need to go to the psychiatrist and see about anger management.

they make alot of pills to calm people down but you have to make the decision to control your anger take a walk have a beer go in another room take a shower write your feelings down do something before you hurt some one

The best thing for you to do in my opinion is to try deep breathing exercises. When we get upset our body go through a physiological change fight or flight. We Begin to secrt adrenal and our body actually prepare to fight or run. It is a little complicated but not very. Try imagining too that can help calm you down.
