How can I improve my self esteem?!


Question: im 15 and never wore a bikini , i am 5'6 and weigh 143 pounds . i am VERY self consious
i go on major diets and exercise three times a day.
i also got that little tummy pouch thing. like the fat, but it isnt big
i still feel fat all the time

what helped me boost MY self esteem was to surround myself with people who made me feel good about myself. people who like me for who i am inside & don't care about what i look like or how i dress, etc...
also...buying something to wear that makes me feel sexy helps, too!

and btw...you sound like you're the perfect weight for your height.

At 15, you are still growing so it is not advisable to 'diet', exercise excessively or get too concerned about your appearance. Concentrate on healthy eating of all the food groups and walking 10 000 steps a day and it will all work out ....

my daughter is shorter than you and she feels the same way. But i don't mind, it promotes modesty! LOL.

your only beautiful on the inside that makes you beautiful on the outside. im sure yopur a beautiful person so dont let your size tell your looks. just take things slowly. walk and eat good. i will give you motivation if you need
