Scared of being alone?!

Question: I imagine everyone is scared of being alone (maybe not all but most of us) but I think I am extremely scared of being alone, and that always leads me to bad decisions (such as beig with someone who I am not in love with or giving up on things). I am always anxicious about my future and I am honestly sick of myself for that. Do you think having a therapy or seeing a doctor can solve this problem? or this is not something I should see a doctor for...? I want to change myself but I keep failing.

You should see a therapist. That's a mental problem that you need help with. There's no shame in it. NONE. It's good that you want help for this, that you realize that it's a problem. It's a good thing.
I don't know if part of your reasons for not wanting to see a therapist is because you don't think your problem is big enough to bother with, but that's like not treating a cold because it's not pneumonia. Get help when you need it, which sounds like now. Good luck.

Its good that you have recognised that you need help I think you should seek therapy or you could talk to a close friend/ family member about what you are going through its good to get it out of the open and you would probably feel much better.

Fear of a thing such as this is a phobia. Yes, Therapy, seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist may help you. There is always an underlying issue that causes one to have phobias. Usually something we are avoiding facing/dealing with in our life. A Therapist can help you to find and deal with whatever the real issue is. You must be honest with the therapist in order to really get the help that you seek.
