HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! plz help?!


Question: I cant stop crying inside but i cant cry on the outside i just wish i was in a coma or sleeping because i want an escape.I cant eat i cant sleep plz help.is there a way i could just make myself go into a coma?

No you cannot JUST slip into a coma. We all have down times that is normal. Stop and count your blessings. Can you see some people cannot can you read lots of people cannot. Do you have a roof over your head lots of children do not. Do you have clean drinking water lots of people do not. Can you walk on your own lots cannot.

Stop step out of your box look around you the good life you have is passing you by. See the good stop focusing on the negative. Volunteer at a animal shelter lots of animals need love and are pretty capable of giving love back that is something all the money in the world cannot buy you.

Say a prayer to God ask for his assistance he wants to help you let him:-)

No. Just chill out. Take a deep breath. Write your feelings on a piece of paper that you know no one will see. If you can find a very safe area, go for a walk. Do not worry so much, everything works out in the end.

chill lady, talk to a counselor. you need to speak with someone, as lame as it sounds, its nice to get away, talk, talk , talk....and not to people on the internet either

I think you need to see a therapist... if you already do then there is no way I can help you. You are freaking out. Get over it.

Feeling like you want to go into a coma, first off isn't healthy. Second you are showing classic signs of mental instability and depending on how long these feeling have been around "depression"

See a doctor as soon as you can, they can help you get through these feelings.

I agree with K, you have to breath, writing is a great way to express your feelings. Therapy is not the answer, maybe you just need someone to talk to, talk to your counselor, friends, or even family.

get some professional help..like Dr.Phil
or go on a vacation on a cruise or something..
