& if you live in another country (other than $$$$$$$ hungry america), it's often Free
I live in Ireland so am getting mine free.
I have been to see her on a weekly basis for over 12 months now, and whislt she is nice, i really don't think the treatment is doing me much good. She just sits and listens and sometimes i feel its like sitting talking to myself
It might have suited me better if i were to have had treatment where i got feed back.

It's VERY variable.
Many charge flat rates. Many are willing to work on a sliding scale based on your income. Calling around and asking is a much better way than asking on here. When you call, ask if they work on a sliding scale if you are in a low income bracket.
Also figure in insurance if you have any. It may very well cover a certain number of sessions.
If you feel like you are in an imminent crisis and are danger of hurting yourself or others, DON'T let money be an object of consideration. Let them know and they WILL FIND A WAY to get you help regardless of whether you have money or not.
