Have an advice for me?!

Question: For the passed 8 months I've been on a bad mood. I work part time, I go to school ful time (accounting), I commute like crazy, and 8 months ago I was diagnosed with hsv2 that I got from my long term boyfriend who broke up with me 2 days ago! The relationship went downhill since my diagnosis and I saw it coming. Now... I'm ALWAYS sad, when i'm driving in my long commutes i can't help but to cry my way home, and at home is a constant stress with my mom wanting me to do everything for her since her job is on hold and doesn't know how to use a computer. I work at a bank so this passed week I've been making careless mistakes with money. Today my mom instead of saying good morning, asked me to do something for her and I yelled back. she said "WHy did I have kids for...if you only come to me to tell me your issues, but don't do anything for me" I always do everything for her! And isn't that what moms are supposed to do? Listen without expecting anything in return? I'm disappointed...

I've been there. I know it's extremely difficult. Are you religious? Prayer helps a lot. Also go for long walks in between class or when you have some down time. It sounds as though you are extremely stressed and depressed. Focus on yourself and do things that make YOU happy. Don't feel guilty when you can't do things for your mom. School and your health are very important. Take care of those too and don't worry about anything else.

Go on a little trip to a park or out in the country and spend some time by yourself ... it clears your head. You got to much going on and it's getting to you. Find some peace and quiet and relax.

Have you ever heard the saying that's life.. It sounds like you are in a funk or a mild depression. I would contact a therapist and make plans to get this stuff off your chest.. And parents don't have kids to always be there they have kids to do more than just be there for them... There is so much in a parent child relationship.. Of course we will always be there but sometimes we get swallowed up in the same kind of depression you are experiencing. So perhaps she just needs a little support now to. It sucks that you got that disease, but again its no ones fault but your own, so perhaps your depression stems from the possibility you are angry with yourself and your ex. For being so careless.. In no way am I trying to be mean or judgmental, just trying to help you shed some light on this dilemma

Ok be nice to your mother. She probably have her own things to deal with. How would you feel if you were nice to someone, but you never got anything back. Wouldn't you feel used? Now back to you. The roughest times in your life is when your about 13-25 [something like that]. Try doing what the first one told you. Everybody have it rough/ have had it rough, but hang in there. Things will get better.

take some time out and reflect on your life and how you can behappy. if you need to talk let me know i have thesame kinda things
