What can I do to make myself more active?!


Question: I love to lay in my bed all day but I have homework and it's worth 60 grades, I need to get more active, I need energy so I can do that damn homework.

Turn off the TV permanently. Plan a daily routine that involves regular exercise, preferably aerobic (running, swimming, bicycling, and so on). You should get at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes of aerobic exercise five times a week.

Aerobic exercise involves raising your heart rate to a safe range over an extended period of time. (Do an internet search if you are interested.)

You can also include free weight training to tone your body.
If you would like motivational books, I'd get "Body for Life"

Make sure that you continue to get at least 9 hours of good sleep each night and make sure that you maintain a healthy diet. Avoid bad foods and you might consider food combining. "Fit for Life" (Diamond)
