Question: So this guy that sits across from me has done ALOT of strange things.
1. He cries if he gets something wrong.
2. He picks his nose then eats it.
3. He put his hand in his pants then humped some guy.
4. He licked my desk and highlighter.
5. ALOT of other things!!!

I have a kid just like that in my class in in 7th grade and he sits next to one of my bffs (im a girl, my bff is a boy, and the kid is a bot)
1. picks his nose
2. has his mom do his hw
3. says strange things EX. Ground beef and "too many balls, not engouh hands"
theres more but i don t have time
he might be, but please dont be mean to him. he is only doing what he thinks is ok. if you feel the need to laugh, do it away from him, like in another room. and if you cant bring yourself to say something nice, just smile at him.

Mental? Probably not, but likely neurotic.
Maybe he likes you and is trying to get attention
