an anxiety attack isn't long and danggly as the girl described. im also positive that lengthly experiences are more of an episode than anything. here are some symptoms and things you may feel; sweat, you can hear your heart pounding...things are at times a blurr..chest pain, it is horrible..everything feels unreal, you sometimes cant find what is what or make out who is who and your mind is going fast, you're usually scared..you may collapse..you just completely "freak out"..that about all ii can recall for now

depression
;deep sadness more then 3weeks worth
crying and the feel of guilt for a reason that you cant find
uncomfortable, different,it seems as if everyone is out to get you..nothing changes or if it does then you dont like it..not enough or too much sleep or eating. everything that made you feel a certain way know seems so "blah" so pale so grey there is no longer anymore black and white. unclear thinking. you want to be alone. you want many people around you. you thrive on the oddest things sometimes. bad grades. poor attendance. lack of you. ..ect.

if you are experiancing these symptoms learn a bit more about these mental illnesses and if or when you become incredibly concerned see you family doctor. dont see a pscychologist or psychiatrist yet!

write me if you need anything.sorry if i wasted your time.ii hope ii helped.

Well i have Post Traumatic stress dissorder (PTSD) which is an anxiety dissorder and depression. When i had an anxiety attack i couldn't sleep at night, i wouldn't eat, and i would always feel really down at sundown. when you start crying and you don't know why or you start seperating yourself from the world the best thing to do is talk to someone. thats the best therepy letting things out becuase once you start you keep speaking whats on your mind till you totally empty your mind. and you feel relaxed. i always would talk to my mom or a guidence counselor. don't hold things back cause that will hurt you. just breath. and you may need perfossional help thats always an answer. i have a psychologist pyschiatrist and i'm on medication and i couldn't be happier. hope that helps =]
