ok so you have pills to take so whats your question...

for one honestly jacking off can give you a heart attack when you put that much stress on your body along with rapid heat beats from jacking off your heart could fail....DO NOT JACK OFF

you need to go back to the doctor if your pills are not working and you also need to get mental help because your brain is not used to that much damage at one time do yourself a favor and get help you will feel alot better good luck

You have medication. Are you taking it properly? At night, maybe some quiet, soothing music to go to sleep by. If masturbation causes these attacks, stop masturbating.

I believe you could benefit from counseling as well as medications. Whatever you do, check back in with your doctor to make sure the meds are working properly, that you are taking them properly and get the doctor to recommend a good counselor.
