Because flairs gone...

please see your docter,he /she will do a cheak up and tell if your all right.you may or may not have serious problem.

I think it is just anxiety. I have felt like that before.

One possibility is that our body is naturally programmed to go through certain things at night time. Normally we are sleeping and unaware, but when we are awake it just kind of freaks us out.

I suggest getting yourself back on a schedule where you sleep at night. You may have to stay awake all day, but you sure will sleep well when night time comes :).

I have felt that way while suffering from jet lag which is similar to what happened with your sleeping.

You're about on the same schedule now as I am..I go to sleep at 5 AM and get up at 1PM. If it wasn't for YA & tv...I'd probably feel the same way you do. You might be having a little panic attack .I have big ones...have to take medicine to keep from having them..but the fear of having one is almost as bad as having one. You're thinking is a little screwed up because your sleep has been interrupted and changed. Lack of sleep can make you nuts! You have to bring YOURSELF back to reality. What do you KNOW...? You KNOW ...it's not just you. Just tell your self to SHUT UP! You KNOW what the truth is..so don't fall for this "stinkin' thinkin'".
Edit...Get some Melatonin to help you get your sleep schedule straightened out. You can get it almost anywhere and it's cheap.

Breathe, calm down. You don't have anything wrong with you, you're probably just outta whack from the lack of sleep.
I went through a time where I was always up when everyone else was asleep, and it's normal to panic then. Don't worry about it. Just be sure to figure out a way to slowly get back onto your regular sleeping pattern.

It's okay for you to be awake when other people are sleeping. For some reason it scared me too, but just bide your time with something that you enoy doing until you get sleepy.

Remember, there's nothing wrong with being awake right now. Maybe watch some t.v, read a book, or do something other than worry about falling asleep! You're not crazy or anything.

Yes this HAS happened to me! But I'm not sure the cause of it. My diagnosis is Bipolar II - is it possible that you have something similar? It probably does have to do with your irregular sleep cycle. It's very important for us to keep our sleep cycles as close to normal as possible (yeah, I'm typing this at 4:19am) haha.

Try to get exercise during the day, to use up your energy in a good way, and allow you to sleep at night. And be careful about caffeine and things like that.
