Well if you are scared to see them you have to believe. Just take a deep breath, you haven't seen anything yet. Besides even if you get a visit it would be calming, there have been people who have seen their loved ones and it's not scary to them at all, most likely if you haven't seen a ghost yet, you won't.

laugh......cry.....laugh.........its good for you.

oye vey.

If you were really close to your nan, you have no reason to be scared of her ghost. If you do see her ghost (and I'm not saying you will!) then just be natural, like you would have with her when she was alive.
Since you can't stop watching the show, hide the TV remote, put masking tape over the power button on the TV, or even get the TV away from sight. Just don't think about the show, and if you do find yourself wanting to watch it then remind yourself of how scared you get! If you have much sense then that should stop you.

I think maybe you are taking Ghost Whisperer way too seriously. I am sorry that your nan died but please know she's in a better place now. I am sure that if it were possible for her to come back, she would not want to scare you so she wouldn't do that to you. Since you don't believe in ghosts, just hold on to the good memories of you and your Nan and try not to think about this anymore. Also, take a break from Ghost Whisperers. Good luck!

Sorry to hear about the loss of your grandma. The truth is...the chance of really seeing her ghost is slim to none. It's just that these shows like the Ghost Whisper make it seem like it happens more often.

As far as the Ghost Whisper, make some plans with friends on the night that the show is on or do your home work, read a book. Soon the television season will be over with and that will leave you with reruns (and who wants to watch those). Just stay away from ghostly shows and Ouija boards. Good luck.
