How do I deal with a college roommate who bullies me and like to put me down?!
Question: My roommate has been mean to me from since last week. It all started when he had beaten me up after I had attacked him when he called me ugly fat clumsy geek boy because I did not allow him to use my computer for 1 minute when I went to kitchen for privacy. Two days ago I told him I filed a complaint to housing to request that he be moved and he slapped the stapled complaint across my head three times and laughed at me. This morning I was eating donuts for breakfast before an interview and I told him you are no longer getting any of my jelly donuts you meanie and he took two of my djelly onuts out of the box and smashed it in my white dress shirt and the stain could not come out. When I came home all my donuts were in the trash and he said you dont need any fat boy. I would like to know what I should do for this abuse to stop he enjoy hurting my feelings and making me cry when he beat me up and dirty my dress shirt today to embarass me when I needed to go to the interbiew.

You need to file a harassment complaint with the school/housing/ or even police. And then move immediately, no one deserves to live like that. Talk to one of your professors for more advice.

Well, I would tell your landlord if you don't live in the dorms. The landlord might try to help, or he might tell you to solve the problem on your own.
I had a landlord who was really nice and helpful once, but the next year I had a jerk.
If you live in the dorms then tell the housing people. Just don't let him know that you are doing it, because he will try to stop you.
You could set up a hidden camera (or if you have a webcam) in the room and video tape him being mean to you. You can also lay are recorder on your desk and record him saying mean things.
If you get him on tape assulting you or something, go to the Police. Tell them that you are being harassed and that you were assulted. Video evidence is the strongest evidence because it does not LIE and there are no statistics involved.
He could get expelled from school for assulting another student and maybe go to jail.
Then get a restraining order against him so he can't talk to you or get too close to you.
If it really is a problem, seriously go to the police. Bring any evidence you have, including someone else who may have witnessed him assulting or harassing you.
(Just tell them you fear for your life and the harassment keeps getting worse to get them to take you seriously).
ignore them they like you to do that and worse comes to worse get a knife and prudent like your going to stab them but don't really do it! Then they'll be scared of you

If this is happening on school property talked to a counselor or residential advisor. If this is happening in a private residence contact the police he did assault you.
are you sure you complained or filed correctly, around here you get thrown out of school for assaulting another student, its not highschool, it's college, you get kicked out for assaulting anyone, even just once, especially if it didn't happen in the heat of something,
but you said you attacked him?
