Why do i feel better even though life is still shitty?!

Question: If you feel better even though your circumstances haven't changed - that's a sign of a healthy person! A truly well-balance person realizes that happiness has nothing to do with circumstances. Happiness comes from inside and it comes from knowing I'M OK no matter what happens outside.

  • I think maybe you still have a lot of hope inside you and you are striving to make things better for you and deep down you know that things will get better with time. Keep smiling, its contagious and things will get better sooner or later. They almost always do. Hang in there.

Life is a bag of crap at times. But if I feel good regardless of my situation...I dont knock it if you know what I mean.
    Take advantage of feeling good.

take advantage of this feeling. maybe stress has puched you to the point of not being able to be stressed anymore and things can only get better from here on out

I think it has to do with your serotonin..

Also..the weather or barometric pressure etc. could have something to do with it...or maybe you got a good night's sleep.Whatever the reason...ENJOY IT!!!
Edit...That's why women eat chocolate!!! lol

you have a large lifeforce and you might be listening to your inner voice. I believe we all have guidance that says that this is the way. maybe you will find things will get better soon

Perhaps you're starting to see the silver lining, learning to appreciate what positives you have instead of concentrating on the negatives.
