How do I handle this affliction against someone?!
Question: Less than two weeks ago I was in my college gym with my class. There are two seated rows in the gym and one of the students got off the one on the right and had left the handlebar up. The student rowing on the left told me to get on, and I did. Once I strapped my feet in I realised that the handlebar was left up and made a statement about it. The person on my left said "just reach", and as I was reaching he gave me a sudden push forward without saying anything and I felt two crackles to the left of my lower back. Since then I have felt lower back pains, some numbness in my legs, and reduced sexual function and the need to go to the toilet all the time with a contant sensation toward the end of my penis. I'm doing all the things where I reported the incident to the college, but they aren't going to do anything except a slap on his wrist, and I'm going to the doctor and everything, but how do I handle the affliction that someone did this to me? I see him all the time in class.

You can contact a lawyer and ask this question? I'm not sure what can be done. I hope you went to the doctor or a hospital where they have this written down. You could probably try and get this person to pay for your medical bills. But honestly you will have to have proof. Like someone else seeing what had happened and all. I hope this helps you out some.
1. Write down everything you remember
2. List names of hose around who could have seen/hreard what happened.
3. See a lawyer.
Before seeing a lawyer, make an appointment to see whoever runs the school, tell him/her the problem is ongong and say that you expect them to cover your medical bills - and get confirmation this is acceptable - preferably a note on the schools letterhead, When this fails (I rate it as less than 50/50 of working) see the lawyer.
