What things can i do daily...?!


Question: what things can i do daily to keep positive, they say if you stay positive, talk positive,etc... that good things may happen 4 you.ive been a bit down financially,and life keeps throwing me curveballs...........how can i change 4 the better .and all this about "the law of attraction" can i get some feedback pertaining to this ,and how i can incorporate this in my own world

Get a dog. Seriously. I know i was all depressed because I'm old and have a crappy low paying job and live alone and no one loves me and I'm not particularly attractive, but then I got a dog and he makes me laugh. He's a swell little guy and he loves me, I can tell 'cause he quit pooping on my pillow.
And now I can't kill myself because after he consumed my dead bloated stinking body, he would starve, alone in this house,and I can't let that happen to him.

Meditate--understand life is a temporary state.

Well, dont look on the dark side of things, look at the sun[not direclty -_-] and think of how pretty it is instead of how hot it is, at nite, look at the moon and think of how its keeping light in the sky at nite instead of thinking its dark....i hope that helped....

I WOULD SUGGEST TO GET OUT AND ABOUT. MOST PEOPLE DO GO THROUGH FINANCIAL PROBLEM SO LOOK BEYOND THAT. HANG AROUNG POSITIVE PEOPLE, PEOPLE THAT HAVE GOAL, ARE ACTIVE BOTH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. GO TO THE PARK JUST TO WALK AROUNG OR BRING A BOOK TO READ. THAT WAY YOU MIGHT MEET PEOPLE THAT WAY, (IT DOESNT COST A DIME). GO TO ART STORES, ANTIQUE STORES, ANYWHERE WHERE THERE ARE PEOPLE TO TALK TO AND THEY HAVE TIME TO TALK.
SEARCH YOURSELF FOR WHAT GOALS YOU ARE TRYING TO ACHIEVE AND TAKE A STEP TOWARDS THAT GOAL, (EVERY LITTLE STEP HELPS).

Hello, OK if I were you I would start listing all the blessings I have in my life. Things alot of us take for granted like it is obvious you can read. You would be surprised at the people in this world who cannot.

If you are physically well that is another blessing. If you have a roof over your head think of all the children who will be sleeping out on the dirt tonight.

If you have clean drinking water think of the marvelous blessing you have had. Thousands do not have this right now.

You have access to good medical care some will never see a doctor period.

Step outside of your box and look around at how good you really have it don't let the good times slip away.

One more thing how would you know you were having a good day if you never had a bad day. That is life's way of shaking your cage so you can appreciate all that you do have.

Life is not what happens to you it is how you react to it. Let the struggles make you stronger because you are going to have struggles your entire life but there are going to be good times and REALLY good times. Tomorrow morning get up and say yeah it is a fabulous day because I am belst.

I would get this when I didn't play sports. You probably haven't seen anyone for a while. Probably spring break blues...
