Of course, my mom is bipolar, I am not specifically. But growing up with her and basically building my entire personality to deal with her whims did a lot of damages. We all question things like that.
many times, my thoughts are starting to scare me because i think theyre funny and if you analyze the situation theyre not and i cant control them so im kinda afraid of myself
