Nervous breakdowns aren't craziness and panic attacks aren't nervous breakdowns.
Beware of believing your imagination, that's all I have to say about this.
I have panic attacks when i fly or am near anything that jumps(weird i know ) but here are some symptoms ok
Racing" heart
Feeling weak, faint, or dizzy
Tingling or numbness in the hands and fingers
Sense of terror, of impending doom or death
Feeling sweaty or having chills
Chest pains
Breathing difficulties
Feeling a loss of control
feeling like your going puke nausea passout
dizzy
i have gad for 9 years and i hate it!!
When others start treating you as weird most of the time or just asking a question like this because here you are beginning to recognize there is something wrong with you.
