Why do I get upset about things very suddenly?!
Question: I'll be just sitting in bed reading or drawing, and then all of a sudden I would think about horrible things that happened ages ago, I'd get upset and cry, when before I was so happy, and in fact their is nothing to be upset about. Is it mood swings?

I think it is common to get upset about things from the past if you sit and think of them - also it can depend on the time of month etc - pmt? Maybe you have unresolved issues from the past which you havent fully dealt with. Have you thought about having a chat with a counsellor? Also, talk about how you feel to someone your close to and can trust. Good luck.
maybe you're bi-polar.
i am like this too so am curious of answers
i thought it was bipolar but i think people with bipolar go up and down over longer time frames, its not so sudden for a few hours.
i think they spend months in each cycle. but then again there is rapid-cycling but i think its very dramatic. not just tears but actual rampage!
i think you might just have anger bottled up and need to release it that's why you get upset
i think that's bipolar
