Hallucinations? Sleep Deprivation?!


Question: I have not seen visions yet. I am on day 3 of sleep deprivation. I have also worked my body extremely hard and have not eaten anything except for a banana. I am not sleepy and cannot sleep even if I tried right now. Sometimes I do get sleepy though but I start exercising when I do and it usually keeps me awake. Usually when do you start seeing visions? Should I try exhausting my body to its limit? I have tried to fatigue my mind but it does not seem to work. I plan to keep this up for 3 more days. Will I see visions soon?

I hallucinated after 2 days of no sleep. I was driving and kept seeing cars and accidents and people broke down. I said woah, I needed a nap. I pulled over in a sub and took a nap in my truck.

kinda dangerous dude, your body is going through survival instinct mode atm. I think you should just keep hallucinations to the drugs :P

why the hell dont u just take a nap and eat sumthing- makes it sound like ur doin this to urself on purpose

When we sleep -our mind does not sleep-It keeps on going to set the thoughts.No relaxation response occurs-as long as our nervous system returns to normal. Hallucination occurs due to imbalance in body and mind. Take sufficient rest and take nutritious foods,drink enough water. Sound sleep will cure all mental anxiety and stress.
