i know what you're going through hun.
try some online support groups! i've joined a few and they help. talking can do wonders, especially if they can relate.

i've found drawing and painting help me, idk what your favourite activities are though.

email me if you ever need to vent and get something off your mind.
hang in there. =)

You must really hate yourself! You need to start loving yourself alot more.

find sumthin 2 liv for, get a bf/gf (?) try ridding urself frm this the way u would stop a bad habit, jus dont do it, keep it in ur mind that ur strong enuff 2 overcome this nd that u dont need 2 hurt ur self . try listening to other people's problems nd try solving nd that'll get ur mind off of ur problems.....hopefully this works cuz i dont want u hurtin urself

why do you do that to yourself?? i know very similar people who do the same thing. you could talk to someone who you really trust. And someone who would listin im sorry if this didnt help. But one thing that will help is if you read the bible and pray. it helped lots of my friends who did the same thing you did. :) (i hope it helps)

life sux i know maybe sum tranquilizers would help.talking 2 freinds online like myspace and stuff can help im not in canada by the way.peace.POWER 2 THE PEOPLE

yes, you do need help.

go see a psychiatrist or a therapist. these people have the knowledge and training to give you real help. remember, seeing them doesn't mean you've gone mad or you need to check into an institution. having the guts to see them means you're serious about helping yourself.

if you have religious affiliations, you can talk to your priest/rabbi/pastor.. sometimes having a spiritual anchor can help a lot.

confide in the people who care about you. (i'm sure there are.) it helps to have a real support system, especially in the environment you live in.

while you do that...

find a hobby that boosts your self-esteem. find something that might tell you that you matter to people, your community, and most importantly, to yourself. you can volunteer someplace, do charity work, or do something that is in line with your interests.

i'm wishing you all the best, and praying for you.

hope i've helped somewhat.

God bless ya.
