I don't want to go to school?!
Question: My sister does not want to go to school. She says the other girls act like they are better then her. The boys act like she is a freak. She said people look at her like she is a freak. She is in tears because she does not want to go. She has panic attacks just thinking about. She is 16

Is there a particular reason why people think she is a 'freak'?
She should stress less and she will most likely realise she was just over reacting. Also hopefully, if she participates in things at school which interest her she will find friends who have the same likes and dislikes???

Or she could just tell them to shut the hell up and then they probably will and people will probably see her a hell of alot differently.

well ... nothing u can do about that i mean iv already been threw this i didnt go just because i thought it was meaningless well i spent 6 months in juvy for it not worth it tell her its not worth it just go to make something out of yourself and then u can look down on all them ppl who made fun of it when shes sitting behind some desk making alot of money and there flippin hamburgers at mickey d's
To certain students it happens so. The only solution is to go to an another school.
Tell her many people are different whether people like her or not and an education is way more important then what people say about you during school. Later on in life she will realized that if she stays in school then she will become a more well rounded person then most of the people she has had problems with. Ignore what other people say and do the work and show them that she can be somebody in life. I get called a freak to I guess because my hair is mo hawked but hell everyone is different and thats what makes us us. She needs to realize that people are gonna talk in klife whether they are jealous or rather they just don't like ya, and yo ugotta move on instead of staying in that place of depression worrying about what other people are saying. You as a sibling need to comfort her and let her know that there are far worse things in this world then being a freak and let her know you love her no matter what anyone thinks about her in school. In life I have figured out that no one is better then me and I ain't no better then anyone else everyone has their preferences and you just gotta deal with it and hold your head up. Tell her to listen to a song by a lady named Kina called Girl from the gutter and become that person.
Seriously speaking, get her a counselling done. She might fell comfortable.
Is she ugly? Is she handicapped in any way? Look as hard as it is to say, kids can be cruel. There is a very limited amount to what you can do. Maybe perhaps get her a psychologist if you can afford one
