How to deal with stress?!


Question: I am going through the same! Well for me I find making a study timetable/ work timetable helps if you stick to it so your not panicking the last minute when your assigment is due. Or talking to mate on the phone, especially if they are in the same boat.Once you have finished your allocated work for the day go and enjoy yourself e.g go out or do something you enjoy lots:). Hope that helped and good luck! And remember summer holidays are not that long away! :D

Practice relaxation techniques.

Don't overwhelm yourself
Selectively change the way you react,
Set realistic goals for yourself
Work off stress
with physical activity, whether it's jogging, tennis, gardening etc.
