Will the usage of xanax and zoloft show up on DOT drug for CDLA licensing?!

Question: CDL A
Drug screening
truck driving
xanax
zoloft

Answers: CDL A
Drug screening
truck driving
xanax
zoloft

No! Only illicit drugs such as cocaine, marijuana, etc, are tested for. Prescription meds are not screened for. Don't sweat it!

Zoloft, no.

Xanax, yes.

Don't know if they will, but if you say before the test that you take these meds, you should be ok. The dot is more interested in illegal drugs.

OK, so I'm not 100 percent sure, but I'm pretty sure that when I did drug screening, the anti-anxiety meds do not show up, but the anti-depressants definitely do!!!
When I was having my brain screen for an anxiety research study, I had to stop taking Lexapro (anti-depressant) because it would show up.

Xanax will but not Zoloft. Xanax is a benzodiazapine which is what they check for. But if you have a prescription then it should be alright. But I don't know for sure about it being alright w/ an RX.

GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS!!!

yes xanax will ..if they test you for them i kno when i went to court the tested for benzos ..but idk for a cdla .. but there are test that test for xanax ,cloniapin, ativan things like that

xanax will definetly show up! zoloft,no. they use to just screen for marijuana cocaine methamphetamines, opiates & of the sort. nowadays the law has gotten more strict & they test for more than what they use to, especialy a drug screen for a job such as'driving'!!!! you will also be randomly tested say you do get the job. all truck companys must do that, its for the safety of everyone. just read the label warning on the xannies. i been on them 4 some time.im not a trucker but married to one who has been driving for 20yrs. unless your taking way more than prescribed, they can be out of your system in approx 72hrs after your last dose. HOWEVER dont how familiar you are w/ them or how long yur on them, but i know most people need to be weened off them & thery're really hard to kick (for most). hope was of a liitle help.
best of luck to ya!!!!!!!!!!!!
