You definately need some help. Have you talked to anyone else about this? How long do you go through this period of sadness and craziness.

Do you notice it happening in more times than others? What is your diet like? What foods are you eating? Some foods will cause certain reactions in your brain.

Sounds to me that you need help FAST! Blacking out by banging your head on the wall is not NORMAL. You could seriously hurt yourself and I'm sure you don't feel good afterwards.

Please talk to a school counselor or adult that you trust. Get the help that you need...You must get to the root of the problem right away before you continue to hurt yourself or someone else.

Good luck

Go to a mental institution, please.

You need to talk to someone.

Possibly a trusted friend, or family member, or possibly a professional.

Causing yourself that sort of pain is usually covering up a different kind of pain (probably emotional). Do you know what it is?

It might help you determine the best person to speak to. If you don't know, then talking it out, or even writing a diary may give you the clue you need to start the healing process.

Good luck!

talk to your parents and get some professional help - this ain't the place.

NO, ur not crazy, my best friend is the same as you.
It sounds as if you have problems, like my friend who self harms.
She doesn't even no why she does it any more, It's from ages ago when she was real lonely and sad, like you.

She should see a counsellar or anyone really, I know you won't want to but they are really nice, trust me!
They will help and my friend was petrified about saeeing one but know she is fine and is healing from all her problems, you definately should speak to someone, I promise you they'll help.

Hope this helped and so many people have the same problem as you so don't feel alone.

Hope you do what I say and that you go and seek help and live a great life!

nope.. i did it 2... attention is attention.. doesnt matter if its negative or positive.. or from the wall... try getting a new way of getting rid of that.. like skateboarding or bmx or jump from buildings

No you're not crazy. Your a Teenager.. Im 15.. and I do the same thing sometimes.. Like if I get introuble by my parents.. I will scratch myself on purpose.. Even though I really didn't want to. I think it's just anxiety and Stress..

When you feel this way.. just try to take some deep breaths, Lay Down for awhile, or think of something that makes you happy. If none of these things work.. try talking to someone you trust.. School nurse ( I talked to my school nurse and she was soo nice..she gives me great adive) or a teacher you look up to. Most importantly..just think that Life is really short to get upset or mad over the picky things.. Just enjoy that your still here! I hope everything goes okay.

E-mail me if you need anymore help.

Have a Great Day.

Pray about it. Jesus can solve any problem just ask him to help you and to come in your life and help you. Pick a sport to help get your anger out.

You NEED to speak to someone - your parents or a trusted friend. Then you should speak to your doctor about the way you ae feeling.

Let me reassure you - youre NOT crazy - you just need a little help to understand the way youre feeling and develop other coping strategies.

Here's a fun tool (seriously, try it):

Get a pair of scissors, and everytime you feel "crazy" or sad or whatever, cut a very small incision in the space between your thumb and index finger. It HURTS like hell, and it is more of a wake-up call then satisfying self-punishment.

Just a thought. Otherwise get yourself some help.
