There is a dorm counselor that needs to know about this. He also needs to be moved in with another roommate. The other person needs to be dealt with.

If this is in a dorm consult authorities of the college immediately.

If you are the obnoxious guy that keeps posting these questions, I really really, can't stand you.

If you're somebody else, good one. =]

Consult the authorities of college and report him.

First, try talking to the roommate. This sounds like what a lot of college guys do to each other when they're joking around. He may not realize that what he's doing is hurtful. If you've already done that or if it doesn't work, then I'd go outside.

Encourage your neighbor to talk to someone in authority. If he's in college housing, the college can get him another roommate. If he's not in college housing, I don't know if they can do anything. But it might qualify as abuse/domestic violence. Encourage your friend to keep track of everything his roommate does, in case the roommate tries to deny everything.

I'm not sure if you talking to someone would work or not. A lot of colleges can't intervene unless one party approaches them if no one's in immediate danger. So I'd encourage your friend to talk to someone rather than doing it yourself.
