How can I reduce stress without doing too much cardio?!


Question: I'm an ectomorph and I'm trying to gain weight (almost impossible), so I need to keep cardio to a bare minimum. At the same time, I have so much pent-up anger and frustration that I really wish I had a punching bag right now! Is that too much of a cardio workout, or would a punching bag be okay?

get the punching bag. Stress and frustration is bad for your heart. No such thing as too much cardio, it won't make you thinner, but it sure will make you healthier!
